I've been coming around to this way of thinking. The level of awareness among the general public about the WEF and other such bodies has really exploded, even in just the last couple months, and ultimately, the only way the globalists can succeed is if a vast majority of the population remain ignorant of their intentions. When it comes down to it, my main concern has never really been that humanity would succumb to a technocratic dystopia, but rather the carnage the elites would be willing to inflict in attempting to impose one. Sadly, it seems that there is no level those psychopaths won't stoop to and while I fear that may result in some significant short-term pain, in the end, I think you're right: the future does look bright.
